Christos Hadjichristos is currently an Assistant Professor of Architecture at the University of Cyprus. He taught at the American University of Beirut and at the Lebanese American University (2002-2003). He holds an Architectural Engineering Degree (1986) and a Master in Architecture (1991) from the University of Texas at Austin. In 2002, he was awarded a Ph.D. in Architecture from the Bartlett School of Graduate Studies at the University College London. He has been practicing architecture since 1991. Through his sketches and paintings he examines issues in visual perception such as Layering. He has received a number of architectural awards. He is one of the selected teams that represented Cyprus at the 2006 Architecture Biennale in Venice.
